Ooo, you are privileged! I do believe that rat playing basketball is a Banksy original. He's an underground graffiti artist in the UK (did Blur's Think Tank album cover too). He's a cultural icon over there. Nice job.

Looks just like the wall behind me, oddly enough.
I bought a silver chain and pendant at the tower's souvenir shop once, which is lost a few years later in a TV lifting accident.
