Raziel (The Stupidest Angel) - I am drawing a complete blank on this one. Maybe Jeff. Or Chris.
Molly Michon (Warrior Babe of the Outland) - Selma Hayek. She does both crazy and buxom really well, has the physical skills to wield that sword, and has about the right number of years on ...
Theo Crow (Stoner Constable of Pine Cove) - Allen Tudyk. "Firefly", "I, Robot." But I really wish John Corbett were young enough.
Gabe Fenton (Intrepid field Biologist) - Luke Wilson. "The Royal Tennenbaums." See also Tucker Case, below.
Valerie Riordan (Perfectly Coiffed Psychologist)- Carrie-Anne Moss. "Fido", "The Matrix." Works well with zombies. And I'm not talking about Keanu Reeves, either. See "Fido."
Lena Marquez - (Latina Property Manager) - Rosario Dawson. "Sin City", "Clerks II". Just cause I want to see her do scenes with Selma Hayek. Nice comedic touch, believable as avenging ex-wife with shovel.
Tucker Case - (Handsome Rascal Helicopter pilot)- Owen Wilson. Blonde, good looking, moderately stupid and amoral - it's not like he hasn't done that kind of a role before.
Mavis Sand (Ancient Saucy Barmaid) - Louise Fletcher. The woman who played Nurse Ratched in "One Fell Over the Cookoo's Next" all those years ago. I saw her do a somewhat similar role on Wonderfalls a few years back, and think she would do a great Mavis. Er, similar to Mavis, not to Nurse Ratched.
Dale Pearson - (Evil Contractor - Satanic Santa) - William Macy. Because I've always pictured Dale as considerably older than Lena. And because he's great: "Mystery Men", "The Cooler," lots more. Age, breadth, great physical actor, good comedic sense.
Random Background Zombies (uncredited cameos) - Jonathan Coulton, Simon Pegg, me. Hell, it never hurts to ask. And who would turn down a change to gnaw on Rosario Dawson or Selma Hayak?
And now, a question you didn't ask: who should produce and direct? The Coen Brothers.
Another question you didn't ask: even for something as short as "Stupidest Angel", subplots and characters need to be cut. But who, and what?
