Coffe with whipped screams and powdered similies

Hi guys,
Well, Mom always said I was a total Moore-on -- I guess I was bound to end up here sooner or later. Been reading the AG's books for a long time. At this point, I was going to distract the board with some delicious pie pictures (lemon meringue to be exact), but the !@#$#%%#@ thing won't post, so just imagine a lovely piece of lemon meringue pie with a fork artfully placed for your convenience. (You can even imagine pumpkin, apple and pecan pie too ). Actually, I thought this was a recipe -swapping site really, I was looking for a good one for sticky toffee pudding.
More info. about me than in the profile - um, I'm Canadian, and hey, since it's all in the news lately that Canada is all upset because of Obama's "Buy American" policy - uh, actually A) alot of us could care less, B) I say, go right ahead - get rid of the NAFTA all together by all means - hey, I never voted for it! I hear it only benefits multinationals anyway, and I'm not losing any sleep over them having to do without coasters on their private jets. Oh, ya, I am trying to do some of that there creative writing, and this is a perfect place to procrastinate from it! (Rationalization- I am honing my creative talents in this crucible of comedic barbs).

Lavandula thanks for the pie pic - but yours is much prettier. Mine had sort of a visual joke with the fork...
As for scratte - that is the female version of my alter ego scrat a saber-toothed mouse from the ice age movies. Scrat pretty much epitomizes my life - he is always running around after simple things he wants and causing catacylismic disasters as he does so. Finally, with ice age 3 there is a female version - go onto youtube and search scratte ice age 3 and you should get it. But I have made it Scratte cause I'm a girl. also she can fly.
Oh, I just realized I probably have some of you in teeth-grinding fits over my "could care less" - gee people lighten up - is this a post-grad university course or something? Aren't we writing in a casual, (dare I say "fun") vernacular here? Maybe I shouldn't get the grammar nazis going again - but then again it could be fun to watch them twist and shout.
