all of that may be true my wise friend....... however, in regard to my employment, the concept is not present .....

Then, if you're not self employed, follow Captain Picard's order.

If you're self employed, collective bargaining only has a glimmer of a chance if you've got multiple personality disorder.

I'm in a unique position where my Captain Picard doesn't know what's going on at my station nearly as well as I do, so while I still follow the prime directive (fill CEO's swimming pool with more cash), I suggest my own orders

A few years ago, workers here almost organized and made a new little UAW chapter, but I fear that would have realistically lead to plant closure rather than any benefits from collective bargaining. Instead, we're still around with less people, but still manufacturing unique stuff, and making a profit off of customers in Latin America, Europe, and Russia.

None of this changes the fact that Tom Kasich is a douche, and fucktards all over Ohio voted for him despite his painfully obvious douchilocity.
