BTW, Worcester Sauce usually has anchovies in it-
I don't eat fish, much less drink it, so soy sauce is the best replacement I can find-
they used to have a hot sauce with tamarind in it,
something else in Worcester Sauce but good luck finding it...
I'd feel bad about jacking BG's thread if I didn't know he was a foodie...
