No, the bigger outer square is the area in which smoker may indulge their heinous sin. It is funny to see a flock of people in or NEAR the smoker's square. Altough most (younger) smokers just ignore this rule.

I've never had my Germanness tested. So, maybe I'm not 100% "real German". But probably close enough. What is ACCSS? Is it the ASSOCIATED CHAPLAINS IN CALIFORNIA STATE SERVICE or is it the Automated Communications Center Subsystem?
