How do I get a pic to be the right size for an avatar?
I've found several pics that I would like but none of them are the right size.

If you don't have resizing software (I'm not sure that Windows Paint is capable of that), maybe something like this could help. (I haven't tried it myself.) Also, do a Google search on the words "free online image editor" for other possibilities.
