My Satan is attempting to be a very normal guy, and failing. Which is kind of the exact opposite of the idea of having convinced everyone he doesn't exist. He disappears, and people begin to realize how important he actually is... in certain circles anyway. Shenanigans ensue.

Ohh, see you didn't say that to begin with, so I wasn't cognizant that Satan is trying to down play his powers and stuff.

Why don't you have him/her be a ad executive with a wife in the suburbs where he tries to fit in and never use his powers? He could have nosey neighbors who are pretty sure there is something a little strange about the family next door. His wife could be named Samantha, or if Satan is indeed a she, her husband could be called Darrin, or maybe Satan is a same sex situation, then his/ her significant other could use one of these names. Seems like a sure fire recipe for comedy!

If Satan is an it, and has no real gender, then I guess it's back to the drawing board for me. I got nothing, sorry gender neutral beings.
