I'm not entirely a 'Moore Virgin'. I have read everything up to Island of the sequined love nun, and thats on order at my local book store. Great, GREAT so far. I read Bloodsucking Fiends in a matter of days (like two). And now I am just waiting for my other ones to come in (I also ordered the Stupidest Angel 2.0) and then I will continue on my Moore journey.

And to answer you question, lubricated latex will be fine.

Belated welcome here, dawnavive. You're doing the right thing, reading them in the order written where possible. That's the way I read them, and IMHO it's the proper way to do it. It's a great way to watch CM's writing progress, as you said.

I hope you're not really thinking you got a pass on newbie hazing. Because if so, you have to stop by the Barbie Basement of Tortured Prose for discipline from She Who Must Be Obeyed. That would be me, and no one escapes the pica stick. Twisted Evil

I've heard about the pica stick. I . . . think . . . I am prepared. Or maybe not. Nah I really don't think I am.
