As of yesterday, the set of Streetcar is no more. Last run was from 3-6:30 yesterday, and then we spent about two hours destroying the set it took months to build. A little sad, but a little relaxing too.

Saturday night we had a cast and crew party at our stage manager's house where we played some drinking games (Asshole and Kings, if inquiring minds want to know), and I ended up around 3:30 in the morning folded uncomfortably up in a chair in the den, my legs hanging over one arm, my head against the other.

In the imminent future, on April 3 I am helping my Streetcar director organize a show in the theater put on by a troupe of gay high school theater students from either Pittsburgh or Philadelphia (not sure off the top of my head) aimed at "an exploration of labels and stereotyping by today's youth".

I will also hopefully be involved in more plays in the future.

Guess the theater must not have a warehouse to store used sets. 'Cause, ya know, they could reuse scenery from Streetcar for other shows, like, oh, Camelot.
