Wingnut: I do not think that means what you think that means...(oh yeah, and what the hell is Mandy Patinkin's departure from Criminal Minds all about, anybody got the scoop?????)

China...: InconTHEEEvable!

Chris: (I'm carefully averting my eyes, so just don't spook on me, 'k?) Alas, alack! I'm just middle management in higher education (and don't think it doesn't hurt my soul to type those words). But to my sister, I am her Nurse Practitioner (and she is my Grammar Nazi), plus I'm always chasing after my son to take his drugs (c'mon, sweetie, just one more toke, YOU can do it!) so I'm hoping that counts for something. (Yeah. I know. It doesn't count for crap.)

ALL: You guys are a lotta fun.

In the same gravy boat,
Sephonae

I prefer to be considered as that exotic sauce that you scrape off your perfectly fine steak because you just don't trust that the chef knew what he was doing and from the tiny taste you had on the end of your fork that looked more like a smurf's stool sample, tasted like it was a smurf's stool sample.

Welcome! You seem better prepared than I am. Let me know if you're allergic to latex, and we'll get on with your strip search. Since you brought apple pie, I won't remind Chris you're only 36 so he won't think of you as gravy.

LATEX?! Bring it, baby! (Sadly, this is the best offer I've gotten in years.)

God willing, I'll be 37 next month, so he's not far off. Typing that hurt my soul too. On a good day, I'm about as emotionally mature as my 12 y.o son (and nearly as fit as the average octogenarian).

But I bet he was the first to call you gravy... Laughing

Seph I don't know why Patinkin took off on "Criminal Minds" either, but I am not happy (I know, alert CBS, they'll be shocked), it's one of my favorite shows and his character was a big part of why. I watched last week, which is the first one I've seen with Joe Mantegna. So far, I ain't feelin' him, it's bizarre to hear "Fat Tony" from "The Simpsons" as a profiler.
Back to the original question tho about MP, "they" said he did the same on "Chicago Hope", left with no heads up and gave no reason. Maybe he doesn't like success?

LOL! I, too, was stunned when I heard Montegna was taking over...I'd've preferred someone like...oh...maybe Rowan Atkinson or Steve Fry. (Well, if Hugh Laurie can be "House," then what the hell?)

Can you just imagine Atkinson on Criminal Minds?

Local Chief of Police: Do you have a profile for us, Special Agent?

Atkinson, grinning grotesquely: BEAN!

Laughing herself silly,

Welcome to the fracas, Sephonae. Get yourself that Canadian you've got your eye on, before he goes up in price again (I know, I shouldn't tempt the fates, but the past few weeks our dollar has taken a roller coaster ride compared to yours have been rather amusing).

AG: If your listening, can I buy a signed leather from you in Canadian currency at the US price now?

Maybe he's going back to "Dead Like Me". I know the blonde chick is not, cuz she's on "James Patterson's Women's Murder Club" on ABC

(Snorts morning coffee out of nose...which is not as sexy as it sounds)

Nah, just one of your basic "he doesn't know I exist" scenarios.

Hah! I made someone snort coffee out her nose! Yes! My day is complete, and it's not even 8:30am yet!

This laughing emoticon looks less "funny: ha ha" and more "funny: weird." Or is that just me?
