Hi, my name is Derek, and I'm a bloodsucking fiend. I'm a 23 year old college student who's not from Canada.

In addition to loving all of AG's books -- LAMB being my absolute favorite -- I like black coffee, music, irony, sushi, unintentionally hilarious public service announcements, Snap and Pop... definitely not Crackle, the slinky, yelling "Atreyu!! Atreyu!!" when appropriate, making nerdy pop culture references then judging others based on their reactions, black magic, calling up Rick Astley and leaving tearful voice messages asking why he gave me up//made me cry//said goodbye//told a lie//and hurt me, sarcasm, the incoherent ramblings of crazy people, determining the exact ratio of 'wrong ways' vs. 'right ways' to eat a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, playing obnoxiously loud music when the couple in the adjoining apartment is having obnoxiously loud sex - songs that completely kill the mood like 'You Sexy Thing', 'Do Wah Diddy Diddy', or 'Sea Cruise' - alliteration, and general zaniness.

Is what safe? I swear I don't know what you're talking about.
(in hopes your intro was an obscure Marathon Man ref.)

Otherwise, Welcome. Read the "RULES" and have fun with Joe.

Very Happy indeed!
Also, the scene was referenced in "Clerks: The Animated Series." One of the clerks irritates shoppers by hiding behind the counter and constantly asking ''is it safe?"

Pie? Is pumpkin pi all right with everyone?

Is it safe? Well...we do the kind of stuff that only Prince would sing about, so, you know, you be the judge.

Wilkommen!

Welcome to the insanity. I usually prefer my pumpkin pi with more digits (but not too many more, that would be rude), however, I will accept it in the spirit in which it was given. Or with spirits, which is a given. Very Happy

He's right, you know- they are for oral ingestion only!

Pumpkin pie sounds good to me, the bf ate all of ours & all we have left is pecan-
but then again, key lime sounds good to me & so does chocolate...

Yep, need to hit the kitchen!

Is that with or without the white surgical glove??

Who cares? Anyone who can quote Rick Astley with a straight (?) face in their opening post will do just fine here. Bend over.
