Never understood that. I can purchase tobacco, which when smoked is a fairly potent mutagen AND carcinogen, I can purchase a long arm (firearm that's not a pistol by law, meaning anything from a musket to an AK [in Nevada, never quite understood the semi-autos being banned here]), get married and legally consent to sex, serve in the military and be expected to follow orders that may result in the death of other human beings, join the police force, elect officials into government posts, and all of that other stuff since I was 18....

but I can't drink a beer.

Besides, after 21, there's nothing to look foreward to before retirement except a lower car insurance rate at 35, and annual prostate exams at 40.

Besides, after 21, there's nothing to look foreward to before retirement except a lower car insurance rate at 35, and annual prostate exams at 40.


..aaaand I almost said "you're looking FORWARD to regular prostate exams??" but then I realised who said it.... Shocked Laughing
