Not yet, but I've only heard good things from reliable sources so far. I'm probably going to start on it this summer when I have more time.

Many people here loved it. I thought it fell far short of it's reputation.

It's one of my favorite books. I read it when I was about 16 I believe and was somewhat put off by it for a few days, but once I got my head around it I was literally obsessed. I talked a few friends into reading it as well and they seemed to like it too.

Anyone read Mark D's Only Revolutions? As much as I love HoL and as much as I wished this other book would leave me just as amazed, I could not for the life of me finish the darn thing. I've had it since it was released some years ago and haven't made it past 20 pages. I've heard audio-recordings of the author reading it and I seem to think it's easier to appreciate it in spoken word than it is as readable text. Funny thing is, the same friends I talked into reading House of Leaves also tried Only Revolutions and had the exact same reaction; we just couldn't get our heads around the structure of it all.
