Filling:
1 package of Feta (i recommend the sheep or goat variety)
1 package of Cream Cheese
1 egg
3 cloves of garlic
Minced onion
1/2 pack of chopped frozen thawed drained spinach
Some parsely and various other green herbs (just a pinch of dill)
salt & pepper

Mush all that stuff in a bowel and mix well

1 package of Phyllo Pastry cut into strips lenthwise
1/2 cup of melted butter

Brush pastry lightly with melted butter
Plop a spoonful of the filling on the bottom of the wrap
and fold into triangles:



brush the tops of triangles lightly with butter
and bake for 20 min or until Golden Brown
then NOM![/img]

I LOVE spinach, my favorite veg, I think.

almost my same repie exactly, but often times I'll make a lamp meatloaf, put that on the bottom of the baking dish, and assemble the spanikopita on top of it..

kinda like.. a greekish shepherds pie
