There is a lot of disinformation out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov

We live in a country where the majority of the people that vote are stupid. Their opinions are shaped by Fox News and morons like Lou Dobbs and Glenn Beck. They let the Health Insurance giants shape their policy to ensure that our health care is on par with a third world country.

If Obama becomes a one term President you won't have to look any further than your next door neighbor, you know the one that still has the McCain/Palin sticker on the bumper of his SUV.

OR Bush for that matter. Rolling Eyes
Wise up, figger out that we're ALL being had.
EVERYDAY.
"Oh what shall I do as President/Congressman?Senator today?"
"Oh, I KNOW! I'll give the public a good rogering!
When you guys can understand there IS NO two party system.
That our government, (no matter who you put in charge) is out to screw us, seventeen way to sunday.
Lemme know, then we can talk about how to clean up this shit storm.

^ Yep. I've voted for candidates in both parties, depending on the office and the situation. I would like to say I've never felt screwed over, but I just can't. It may have something to do with both parties spending so much of their time trying to prove the other party is evil, that neither manages to solve our problems.

Same shit over here. Rolling Eyes

It's interesting that a certain national party can claim the new health care bill will install "death panels" and "kill grandma," then express outrage that we're not having a reasonable debate on the issue.

Secretly, I kinda miss the dickishly condescending tone in which Bush addressed the nation, as if we were all 6, and suffering from massive brain trauma. I enjoyed the lack of introspection and thought when listening to the president speak over the past 8 years.

"Oh, evil terrorist-y men hate us because they don't like our freedoms. That must be it! Thanks, W!"

Naturally! Very Happy
But at least his motivations aren't "coming from God." That's change I can believe in! Very Happy

Um, I think you'll have to look at quite a few people who voted for him too. Some with Obama/Biden stickers on their hybrids.

I like it! You know what? Sometimes I think our government should adopt a Highlander-like approach... "THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE, Chris Dodd!"
