Hello all. I am the newest of newbies... I recently read Fluke and laughed my ass off. Anyone have a recomendation for the next one? Thinking about lamb but it doesn't really matter to me. I am reading a book that will piss you off and make your jaw drop if you can muddle through the 1200 odd pages. Its called the River (A journey to the source of HIV and AIDS) by Edward Hooper. Won't really go into it but it is CONTROVERSIAL to say the least. If its true, the docs behind it need their asses removed. So anyway, something funny please...

You need fun after that AIDS book. Any of the books should do, but Lamb is a safe bet.
Welcome. Have fun.

Spirochete,
Sounds like a very heavy book. May I suggest you devour every one of Mr. Moore's books to recover. It may take several readings of each. I highly recommend new copies on each successive reading as the potency of humor is stronger that way.

Welcome to our group. Please read the rules and get in line for the strip search. Don't forget to post everyday as much as possible. All writing you can give to our fan fiction library will be most welcome. The pie and pudding are free if you can find some. Have fun and again, welcome.

Ja

You can read and enjoy in any order, but I suggest putting off "The Stupidest Angel" for last - it drags in many characters from other books for various roles, and you'll enjoy it more if you catch the references. And if it's available, try to read "Practical Demonkeeping" before "Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove." Aside from that, have at 'em in any order.

Welcome! You have until April to get caught up with all that our wonderful AG has to offer (that's when his new book comes out!!). So, as others have mentioned, get nekkid and start posting. Yes, the nudity while posting is very important. Make sure to read the rules and no matter what you've heard, don't fear the latex glove.

I'm a little late, as usual these days. I see all my best lines have already been used, so I'll just welcome you to our friendly little compound. Check in with someone about available lots and zoning restrictions; I'm not sure who's responsible for housing around here. I used to be the official welcome lady, but I've not been able to check in as frequently as I used to.

Will this never end?!

Welcome. Sit down. Now what are your intentions towards our fair boardello?
