Just Who Is James Bradford? A FRIGGIN STAH, THATS WHO! ;)  Reply with quote

Sweet, a place where I can talk endlessly about myself in complete self adulation. My ego is, like, dripping in anticipation!

What's up peeps? My name is James Bradford, and I'm new to the message boards, but hardly new to Chris Moore. Well - to the WORK of Chris Moore. It's not like we hang out, outside of a few dream world encounters. And even then it's usually Chris Moore inside Brad Pitt's body. Wink

I first picked up a Chris book at Border's Books in Maryland nearly ten years ago. I don't actually remember which one was my first (something I can say for so many facets of my life.) But I think I went through Lust Lizard/Love Nun/Coyote/Sucking Fiends in about three weeks. I didn't pay a cent for them though, because my employee friend was able to borrow the books from the store for free. (Before Chris drafts me a bill, I have since bought them all. So Nyah.)

I was so obsessed with Lust Lizard that I actually drafted a screenplay based on the material, which I used in an online game called Director's Chair. The movie skyrocketed to the top of the box office, and I emailed Chris about it after discovering his website. He was kind enough to write back and had expressed an appreciation of the movie poster I had designed. Unfortunately the actual artwork in the poster was utterly and totaly borrowed from someone else. If I had drawn it, it would have been a big green grayon blob with a stick figure woman humping it.

About me personally: I am a New York City based actor, singer and comedian. I've been working as an actor or singer since I was around 19 (I'm 27 now.) And when I say working, I mean actually working, as opposed to, you know, waiter/actor types.

I have a television show airing on VH1/LOGO networks. I have four records out with a fifth one in production. I'm negotiating to do music for a television show called "Dante's Cove", and yadda, yadda, other exciting things. So you should def. save all of my board posts because once I really break through I'll hire someone to come delete them all to protect my fabulous public image.

That's me in a nutshell. If you're bored you can read more at jamesbradfordmusic.com, and who knows, maybe I'll suck all of Chris' board people onto MY message board. Or maybe I'll just suck all of Chrsi' board people. I do have a reputation.

Big hugs
JAMES

Welcome JB. On behalf of the Mexican population (me) on the board, I welcome you!

PS - You're a star in my book when you have a friggin' action figure of you, 'til then, no frijoles.

I know, right? That thing still cracks me up when I see it. Can you imagine your record label rep saying "We're going to distribute this promotional action figure for the new record!" I was like "Action figure? Of me? What's it going to be doing, whacking off to porn and listening to 80's 45s of Debbie Gibson?" Because that's my exciting life.

I live in Sunset Park Brooklyn, which is a 45% Hispanic hood. It takes everything in my power not to pounce on every gorgeous Mexican guy I see. I myself am 1/4 Cuban, but it's an intensely latent Cubanity that only surfaces when I get a sunburn.

Thanks for the welcome!

LOVE/JAMES

Welcome, it is nice to have such a multitalented individual around. Someone will be around shortly to tell you to make sure and read the rules, etc.

There's more than 1100 registered, so, um. Better get started.

Welcome!

Hey, Joe is recently available. Just don't tell him that you're seeing a 20 year old behind his back while you two are on a mini vacation.

Eek. Did I break a rule already? I thought I'd read through them pretty thoroughly, but generally I manage to break the rules everywhere without even trying. I'm mostly harmless, I swear Wink

Are you hitting on me? cause I know people and they'll do a HIT for me...

Not really. I just like trying to sound intimadating. I guess it's hard to when you have a corgi named Waffles for a avatar - yes I and sure are viscious! *grrrrrr*

*Vah has had a little to drink. ignore me and any typos.*

big hugs? I'm sorry, I don't give big hugs to n00bs. I'll give you a nice little pat on the top of your head as you precariously perch nekkid on top of a stack of CM books.

Do as your told and all will be well.

Oh Gods, "Hugs" none for me thanks. But if it wouldn't be too much trouble, "y" pat me on the head anytime, even a little arm squeeze would be O.K.. I swear I won't perch "nekkid" on your CM books, but I could give you a nice Michelangelo soul vessel thats "nekkid" (nekkid?) to hold them down if you like. I swear this is not a come on, I hope you know me better than that, oh right, you don't really know me. This is just the demented ramblings of a "Moorish" mind. Well... plus you always have the (dare I say it?) hottest Avatars on this board. Sheesh now I feel like I bared my Soul to you, sad but true. But since you turned me on to this board I hope you forgive me.

Welcome, James Bradford. (I now get the BJ&JB or JB&BJ thread in News and Noise, I think.) However, despite what you may think or be IRL, here you are just another n00b. If you read the rules (you too, sidviciousX), you should be sitting exactly as y described. Listen to Mom! You don't want to incur my wrath.

Oh yeah. Glad to have you on board. I've never heard of you, but then again, I don't watch VH1/LOGO. On this here CM board, it's all about the author guy, unless Klari tries to make it all about herself. Have fun. Very Happy
