The FFPF serial poem  Reply with quote

Ok, this popped into my head while reading in fan fiction, but it only went so far and needs to be expanded. I think we can make an epic if we ignore that these first lines lean toward limmerick. Add a few or as many lines as you can.

There is a young British gent
Whose mind has a most poetic bent

And he would appreciate if those who do write,
Some lines to this poem can keep it polite.

Without violating the bounds of propriety,
How can we praise his prowess?
Surely that's allowed
Even in polite society.

Which means it totally leaves me out
Without much further ado or any doubt

What the hell?
Please do tell,
What was lisa going to write,
if she were not to be polite?

My skill is zero
To skin the site's hero
In squeaking verses
That truly displeases

Quick! I need some aspirin.

Is it polite,
for one to write,
On the board, in this poem,
Without an invite,
When it's all about me,
And not any other,
Not even Klari,
Just me, someone's brother.

I believe I invited all comers
and while we all love you
we may point up your foibles
we may flatter your virtue
but your not getting any hummers

Yes, why should I play,
When "no hummers", you say?
And Joe, stop that grin,
I don't swing that way.

Lovely curls, an innocent smile
Uninhabited by English sarcasm
Glowing eyes, unwashed by guile
Platinum, sapphires, diamond claspism
Oh! Getting back to subject
Genuinely direct, adorably cute and simple roguism
I wish I could say the above described the Jeffism
But I have to admit I have no skill and wandered to his nephewism.

Now I need some lemon tea. Quo vadis?

Jeff, to think I have a dirty mind
You must have the same in kind
To think of hummers, my innocence wrecks
Can we just get together for some booty sex?

Methinks FFPF doth protest too much
When speaking to Joe of hummers and such

And though we recently learned the word "legos" annoys
when FFPF meets Joe someone should bring the toys
